Halloumi Cheese Salad

Materials:

1 small lettuce
1 small bunch arugula
2 medium tomatoes
1 small tin of sweetcorn
2 red peppers
2 green sweet pepper
300 gr. ( 1 small package halloumi cheese )
10 pieces of fresh white mushrooms
1/2 cup of Turkish coffee, olive oil
5-6 stalks green onions
2-3 cloves of garlic
2-3 sprigs of fresh basil
Salt, pepper, cumin
For the sauce :


Juice of 1 lemon
Extra virgin olive oil 1 cup of Turkish coffee
2 tablespoons vinegar
salt
Preparation:


Lettuce and arugula leaves and wash them thoroughly after taking way too thin to be cut. After the tomatoes and diced deep and put in a large bowl and add the greenery . Stir in corn .
In a skillet, 1/2 cup olive oil, coffee, girl. Chopped green pepper strips , mushrooms, chopped into large cubes and finely chopped scallions and saute until tender and water is absorbed . Salt, pepper, cumin and finely chopped fresh basil added to the mix.
In another skillet, the halloumi cheese , cut into strips and fry both sides without adding fat .
Get to mix greens salad plates that serve , warm mushroom mixture on publication. Also fried halloumi cheese and sprinkle over salad in a hot state .
To prepare sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar and salt and drizzle of salad . Serve cooling .
