materials

1 Kg Eggplant
1 Piece Lemon Juice
2 pcs green pepper
3 Piece Tomatoes
250 Gram yoghurt
3 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/3 bunch of parsley
1 pinch of salt

Babagannuş

Eggplant, tomatoes and bell peppers Kozle.
When cool, peel it off.
Chop eggplant salt, lemon juice into a bowl and taken.
Chop the tomatoes and peppers in the membrane smallness.
Peel and crush the garlic.
Strained yogurt mix.
