Bulgur rice
2 cups coarse bulgur
3 cups hot water
2 green pepper
1 medium tomato
1 medium onion
salt
1 teaspoon chili paste (optional)
oil
We scorching onion in saucepan. Peppers are thin splinter. Tomatoes are grating. Onions are adding tomatoes and peppers on top after roasting. If you renksizs a teaspoon pepper paste tomatoes or tomato paste can with the color.
