Materials:
1 package of mozzarella cheese round
2 tomatoes
1/2 bunch fresh basil (may be dry, 2 tablespoons fresh but does not replace it in the salad.)
1/2 cup of Turkish coffee extra virgin olive oil
1/2 lemon juice
1-2 cloves garlic (to taste)
salt
Mint leaves to decorate
Preparation:
Very simple. Cheese and tomatoes and slice into rings.
Basil is very thin coast. Crush the garlic. Olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt and chopped basil, tomato and cheese slices hover over mix. (if you wish, at this stage you can use a small amount of crumbled bread crumbs, I did not use.)
Decorate with fresh mint leaves and serve.
